I was that person first. Gen X, intimidated by AI, using it like it was a search engine, not knowing where to start. I learned it anyway, built it into my own HR work and my team's, and what came back was hours, headspace, and my critical thinking. That's what I teach now, with the human kept firmly in every decision that touches someone's livelihood.
